Typeface Information
Workhorse Geo Dot was inspired by two polar opposites, large-scale showbiz signage and typewriters, yet it manages to transcend both use cases. The range of weights was an exercise in what is possible using the most simple tool: a set of dots. The Thin–Light weights leave little to the imagination whereas the Semibold weight requires some interpretation and context for some characters (the @ symbol for instance).
While it’s certainly the most divergent member of the Workhorse Geometric family, it follows the same general rules and can be used effortlessly with the rest of the members.
